Scope and Contents
Priroda i društvo provides was designed for early elementary students (grades 1-4) and is an example of one of the last curricula designed for use in schools across the former Yugoslavia. The book is divided into two halves: Priroda (Nature), which introduces concepts including weather, local geography, plant and animal life cycles, ecosystems, and human biology, and Društvo (Society), which covers basic civics, family structures, community safety, local history, and how human behavior impacts the environment.

Two leaves (pp. 27-30) have been cut vertically to remove the outer halves, resulting in loss of text and illustrations.
