The Center for Bosnian Studies oral history project (formerly the Bosnia Memory Project) is an ongoing historical and cultural documentation effort that seeks to establish an enduring record of the experiences of Bosnian genocide survivors and their families during and after the war.

Scope and Contents While the Bosnian diaspora continues to be recognized as a vital part of the St. Louis region, many second-generation youth face significant systemic and personal challenges. In addition to the normal struggles of adolescence, many second-generation Bosnian Americans feel disconnected from their parents' language and culture.
